Motivations

SEND Safe Tutor is my way of helping young people to enjoy the digital world in a healthy, balanced, safe way.

 

I can relate to the online experiences of young people given that I am a young professional who grew up in a digital age. I have overcome my own long-standing addiction to video games and I believe this has helped equip me to aid others who may be going through similar issues.

 

It's natural to be wary of the online world, though what often happens is that people start to view the internet as a solely dangerous place. I believe it's important to remember how wonderful it can be; an expanse of information at our literal fingertips, the ability to talk to loved ones from across the globe, and the sheer quality of life improvements that the internet offers - to name just a few!
